This was an interior remodel to a  Hollywood bungalow:  “We blew out a lot of the walls and  made the spaces open into  eachother, and now the house feels  considerably larger eventhough we  only added 40 square feet.”  The kitchen and the dining room  switched locations, enabling the  kitchen to open up to the living room  making the space more conducive to  entertaining. “The client travels a lot for her work.   She usually stays in five star hotels.   She wanted to bring the feeling of  resort hotel to the house eventhough  we were on a pretty tight budget.”
